Hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Irene Paolucci, I've been in JOY Real Estate for about 11 years. I am qualified as an Accounting Analyst and registered as a Business Agent in Mediation at no. 902 at the Chamber of Commerce of Lecce. I've spent a large portion of my life in Scotland, a total of 12 years between Hamilton and Larkhall.
This means that I could acquire the Scottish philosophy and knowledge of a very important nation's real estate market such as that of Great Britain. Whilst in Scotland I obtained a certificate in Business Administration from Hamilton Bell College, and currently, besides being a real estate consultant, I am also the sole director, as well as the legal representative of the company. My specialisation concerns residential and commercial sales, as well as prestigious properties and luxury villas. My goal, in the current market, now in the process of recovery, is the same as the customer, i.e. sell as soon as possible and at the best price! My profession is based on transparency and trust. The relationship with the client does not end with the conclusion of the sale, but starts with that and lasts over time. Among my greatest passions, besides my family, are sports, which I continue to practice, despite the various commitments and that led me, among other things to achieve a diploma as a fitness instructor.
